The “”noodles”” in our name refers to “”pho,”” a Vietnamese noodle soup with touches of French and Chinese influences. There are several set pho options, but you can customize your own with the following meat selections: sliced eye of round, tripe, tendon and brisket. If our steamy pho isn't your cup of tea, we also have rice vermicelli (bun), sushi, spring rolls (goi cuon), rice dishes (com), egg noodle soups (mi), crystal noodle soups (hu tiu), flat noodles (hu tiu ap chao), spicy beef noodle soup, chicken teriyaki and salads. We also have a children's menu specifically catered to children 10 and under! After a filling meal, you can wash it down with a cup of our boba coffee or tea.
