We opened our first family-run restaurant in 1985 and became known for our homemade sauces and authentic flavors among Vietnamese people who longed for the authentic cuisine of their homeland. Since then, our loyal customers have grown along with us. Now our cuisine is known in culinary circles as a healthy Asian style of cooking that blends the best of Chinese, French and Thai influences into a unique and elegant style.
