We serve quality Noodle Soup (Pho) and give a large portion. We use filet mignon and angus brisket in our soups where our competitors use cheaper meats with less quality and more fat. We slow cook our broth, and offer a veggie version of our broth for our vegan customers. We also serve boba drinks and smoothies.
