Bites Asian Tapas & Sushi

Founded in November 2013, BITES offers an Asian-American comfort food that is familiar to our chef Derek Intapura. Growing up in the suburb of Chicago, chef Derek enjoy eating and cooking food from all cuisines and he has carried that through to today. His cooking is a fusion of Asian cuisines from countries like Thailand, Japan, China, Vietnam and more. He combines that into familiar comfort dishes like fried rice, ramen, burgers, tacos, and such.
