He and his family have been working in the restaurant business since then. He is a no stranger to Sandy Springs. He graduated from Riverwood High School in the year 2000.
When Allen took over Blue Grotto, he added sushi and a whole new tapas menu besides the limited menu it offered previously. With Allen’s vision, the new Blue Grotto is able to offer you Asian fusion types of Tapas plus organic locally grown vegetables from his father.
