Bricolage is a modern Vietnamese Gastropub located in NY and was started and run by Edward and Lien Lin, alum of San Francisco’s famed Slanted Door. Bricolage serves up a mix of Vietnamese flavors with a touch of Chinese influence and local ingredients.
