At Com Tam Nhu Y, we specialize in broken rice plates and noodle soups. Broken rice is a specially milled rice in which the grain is broken in half. It creates a slightly drier rice as opposed to regular rice, but is compensated by the great tasting house sauce. It's served with your choice of many items. Some of the items served with broken rice is grilled pork chop, grilled chicken, grilled beef, Korean style beef ribs, shredded pork, and many others! An all time classic is Com Tam Bi Suon Cha, which is broken rice with shredded pork skin, grilled pork chops, and an egg cake.
