Wayside Noodles opened in 2010 and has been serving both quality interpretations of classic Vietnamese cuisine. The menu reflects the blend of Vietnamese-American culture with traditional noodle dishes that can rooted back to Hue, Vietnam to the more modern interpretation of the banh mi.
